ARE YOU REGISTERED FOR THE SEVENTH CLINICAL CONGRESS?

Delegates registered in the Seventh Clinical Congress will receive a 25% discount on the course fees. Just enter your congress 4 digit registration code, and you will automatically receive the discount upon checkout.

ACTIVE AACE MEMBER?

Physicians who have their AACE Memerbship valid until December 31, 2020 can register for $250 at the registration system.

BADGE COLLECTION

Badge collection is open from Friday, March 20, 2020 at 07:30 onwards in the pre-function area of the events center.

Delegates will be required to take the following steps:

  • Step 1: Sign in on the onsite registration system, validate their details and print out their badge.
  • Step 2: Head towards the welcome pack collection point that contains the scientific program.

Attendee’s will receive their name badge and will receive CME credit, program, conference bag and other information upon arrival and check-in at the registration desk.

ONSITE REGISTRATION

If you cannot register online, onsite registration is available and open on Friday, March 20, 2020 at 07:30 in the pre-function area of the events center. Kindly note that fees will be higher as compared to online.

Please note that an international bank transfer can take up to 10 days to reach our account. If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (early or standard registration), the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

GROUP REGISTRATION

Companies that would like to purchase a group of delegates passes attending the conference may do so by using the special group registration fee. For information on group registration please contact registration@medgress.com. A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons as such:

Early bird rate (Until December 31)
10 Doctors – USD 2700

Standard rate (Until March 13)
10 Doctors – USD 3150

The above group registration rates are subject to 5% VAT.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / NO SHOWS

One month or more prior to the announced event date: refunds are provided USD 30 less of indicated registration fees. For international accounts no refunds are available.

Cancellation received one month prior to the announced event date will not be refunded, as material for each meeting registrant has already been prepared. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

DiaEdu reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the meeting, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.
